I'm an addict and I convert anyone I can to it. My friend from Dubai recently ran Gobi March, a staged ultra. My pre-event advice to him was to rub down with Arnicamill every day (this is my regime). He did and his legs were great and now he swears by it. My theory is that if something can't be fixed by a good Arnicamill rub and Myprodol, you've got big problems. Hahaha.

I am an African lady who was suffering from very hard dry cracked and very dark in colour elbows.
